This adorable couple is planning on a February wedding and were engaged in November. Both a bit kooky but incredibly fun to be around, they decided to have their photos taken at a small local park with a waterfall and stream. It was too muddy to make it out to the waterfall, but we were able to out maneuver a lot of puddles and get some nice shots.

I had the honor of doing young Liz’s senior portraits this year. She was a bit shy in front of the camera, but livened up as we ventured into the Park of Roses. These photos were taken on a brilliantly sunny fall day.

Spring of 2009 was a wet one this year! I found these while going through old folders, and stumbled upon these.
They are from a garden at The Ohio State University, where a friend of mine was tending to her botany projects.

This year’s leaf-viewing season, the second week of October, was absolutely gorgeous. Uncharacteristic of Ohio falls, the week was sunny and warm with few rain showers.
I went on some adventures to several local parks throughout Franklin County, and these are some of the photos that resulted.

Aubrey and Aaron opted for a sentimental and lovely outdoor wedding at Seneca Lake in Senecaville, Ohio.
Though it rained on and off throughout the day, guests certainly enjoyed themselves, and the happy couple didn’t let a little rain spoil their joy.

Pete and Rachel tied the knot in June of 2009. Isn’t Rachel a lovely bride? She is naturally photogenic!
The couple made their vows at Xenos Christian Fellowship in Westerville, Ohio.

Josh and Angela, the dynamic duo, have been married for a few years and wanted to get some “engagement” type shots since they never really had the opportunity to before their wedding.
They took me to the playground Josh proposed to Angela at, and explored the train tracks near the middle school (just outside of Crew Stadium).

Candice and James are a wonderful couple dedicated to serving God together. They are both gentle and kind, always ready to extend a hand to anyone that needs one.
They were engaged the summer of 2009 and opted to have their photos taken while on vacation in Holden Beach, North Carolina.

This lovely couple met and fell in love at first sight. He wooed her with his mother’s home cooking and she quickly made him a member of her large family.
They were engaged in the fall of 2008, but opted to have their engagement pictures taken in the late spring of 2009 before their wedding at the Park of Roses in Columbus, Ohio.
